• Build and nurture a vibrant CIL Academy community around our training services.
• Engage with community members on various platforms to foster relationships and gather valuable feedback.
• Implement strategies to increase community participation and user-generated content.
• Create compelling and technically accurate content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, technical slides and more.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop informative and engaging content..
• Support marketing team in the planning and executing both virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and meetups
• Support marketing team in the Implementation of digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, paid advertising, etc.).
• Support marketing team in the monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design and product development team members to plan promotional marketing campaigns
