    Technical Facility Manager (Asaba)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and supervise the maintenance of building systems and infrastructure.
    • Ensure the optimal performance of mechanical, electrical, and civil assets within the facility.
    • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime.
    • Monitor contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
    • Conduct routine facility inspections and prepare technical reports.
    • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and statutory regulations.
    • Maintain accurate maintenance records and asset documentation.
    • Coordinate and supervise the maintenance of building infrastructure and technical systems.
    • Monitor the performance of contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Ensure all building systems operate efficiently, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and civil infrastructure.
    • Conduct routine facility inspections and recommend improvement initiatives.
    • Prepare maintenance reports, budgets, and technical documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
    • Support the implementation of best practices in facility and asset management.

    Qualifications

    • First in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
    • 8–10 years of relevant experience in technical facility management, building maintenance, or engineering operations.
    • Strong knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and facility infrastructure.
    • Experience in lift/elevator management will be a distinct advantage.
    • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
    • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility maintenance reporting tools.

    Preferred Candidate

    • Must currently reside in Asaba, Delta State, or its environs.
    • Able to work independently while effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams.
    • Highly organized, proactive, and committed to operational excellence
