• We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our team!

Position Summary:

• We are seeking a highly organised and technically proficient Technical Coordinator to coordinate non-routine maintenance activities and provide technical support

Qualification and Requirements:

• HND, B.Sc. or B.Tech. in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, or a related technical field.
• Relevant professional certification in Engineering, Project
• Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in telecommunications, technical operations or maintenance.
• Good knowledge of telecom infrastructure and maintenance operations.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and field teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate non-routine maintenance (NRM) activities within the assigned operations.
• Interface with customers on non-routine maintenance activities and related technical matters.
• Follow up on NRM requests to ensure timely execution and resolution.
• Escalate technical, operational and customer-related issues requiring management attention.
• Maintain proper records and documentation of NRM activities, interventions and customer engagements..
