Technical Construction Superintendent at Seflam SGL Ltd

Job Summary

• The Technical Construction Superintendent oversees the technical execution of construction activities on-site, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to engineering specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• This role provides hands-on supervision, coordinates with multiple teams, and serves as the technical authority for site construction processes and problem resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical) or related field.
• Minimum of 8 - 10 years of construction experience in the oil & gas, energy, or infrastructure industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction practices, procedures, standards, and codes (e.g. ISO).
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and construction documents.
• Coordinates Foremen, Supervisors, Subcontractors, Field Engineers.
• Sound knowledge of safety practices and field-based risk mitigation.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic site environment.
