• We are looking for a deadline-focused Technical Recruiter to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists to fill IT positions
• The Technical Recruiter's responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from communicating with hiring managers to writing job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates
• You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

Requirements

• Match profile with requirements from vendors
• Should understand IT basics, terminologies and jargons(Training available)
• Exceptional communication skills
• Be able to manage client / vendor relationships
• Understand some legal documentations – NDAs / NCAs, employment agreement etc…
• Social media / marketing capabilitiesWill be responsible for creating online job postings as needed.
• Be able to manage bench consultants.

Compensation
Base pay + Recurring commission for up to six months per candidate based on quality of experience and profitability
