Facilitate loan collections by supervising team members who assist customers with their defaulting loans and how they can pay their loans.
Oversee the day-to-day operations and share performance reports of the team’s performance daily.
Ensure proper documentation of customers in due time and check through them for accuracy.
Ensure your team members keep to the QA deliverables of the business.
Interact closely with other team members in the course of work to ensure that everyone is carried along and updated on work progress to achieve maximum results.
Ensure that customers (loan defaulters) are treated cordially and are held in high esteem to make them patronize our clients continuously.
Create a good relationship with team members and motivate them to put in their best to work to achieve maximum results.
Evaluate performance records of account managers periodically to ensure that they meet up with their KPI and align with business objectives.
Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills.
Assist in interviewing and the training of new account managers.

Requirements
Possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
Enjoys solving problems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet
Good listening skills and superb questioning techniques.
