Job Summary

• Design and manage financial products and campaigns tailored to women-led businesses and female professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategy for acquisition and retention of female customers.
• Develop women-focused savings, credit, and investment products.
• Partner with NGOs, women groups, and networks.
• Track performance metrics and community impact.
• Manage a team of relationship officers dedicated to the women segment.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree. MBA or Certification in gender finance is an advantage.
• 4 - 5 years in retail or SME banking.
• Demonstrated passion or experience in women empowerment programs.
