Team Lead, Wealth Generation at Westfield Consulting

Job Purpose

• Responsible for managing wealth and investment portfolio.
• With a strong network of HNIs and corporate investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain investors.
• Mobilize investment inflows to meet organizational targets and drive AUM growth.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to retain and grow the investment portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with private and institutional investors.
• Stay updated on financial markets and competitors' offerings with market research.
• Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, growth, and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in investment sales or wealth management roles within the financial industry.
• Strong market knowledge of wealth management and related products is advantageous.
• Established network in the investment community, including high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret financial data effectively.
