Job Description

• Build and maintain practice guidelines for telemedicine team and institutional healthcare providers
• Ensure that all in-house and external healthcare providers are following the established guidelines and NMA standard of care
• Manage medical tech and content projects while contributing to the product design and development
• Manage the telemedicine app and website across platforms by collaborating with the engineering unit
• Develop and manage relationship with business partners, institutional clients and agents and other stakeholders
• Identify and advise on complementary products for strategic relationships
• Report periodically (monthly, quarterly and annual) on product performance and make data-driven predictions
• Research and report on potential strategic relationships that may aid business development
• Work with in-house marketers to create and execute branding and marketing plan
• Conduct extensive market research and establish the best way to reach target groups
• Keep up to date with the industry's latest developments, trends, competitors, and promotional opportunities.
• Maintain a research database on competitive products
• Set and execute sales strategies with the help of the sales team

Requirements

• A degree in Medicine with a valid medical license
• Tech and social media savvy
• Proven leadership ability and exceptional communication skill (virtual and in-person)
• Minimum of 5 years medical practice (preferably as a Telemedicine General Practitioner) with proof leading a team
• Exceptional analytical skill with problem-solving ability
• Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease.
• Project management and Product management skills.
