    Team Lead Subsidiary System Admin Support

    Qualifications

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s/master's degree in Computer science, Engineering, or related field.
    • 5+ years experience in System administration, with 2+ years in a leadership role
    • Experience in multi-location system management (preferably in banking/finance)

    Certifications:

    • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator,
    • RHCSA, or equivalent

    Skills & Attributes

    Expertise in:

    Stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills. Proven track record in navigating banking regulations while delivering iteratively.

    • Windows Server & Linux administration
    • Virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
    • Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
    • Automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible)
    • Active Directory and identity management

    Responsibilities

    • Strategic Leadership
      • Manage Windows/Linux server environments across all subsidiaries

      • Oversee Active Directory, DNS, and identity management for subsidiary locations
      • Ensure 99.9% uptime for critical subsidiary systems
      Operational Excellence
      • Serve as primary escalation point for all subsidiary system issues
      • Coordinate with headquarters infrastructure teams on standards and upgrades
      • Manage vendor relationships for subsidiary system infrastructure
      Security & Compliance
      • Implement and maintain system policies across subsidiaries
      • Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001 and other regulatory requirements
      • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and patch management
      Innovation & Modernisation
      • Plan and execute system capacity upgrades to support subsidiary growth
      • Drive automation initiatives to improve remote system management
      • Participate in disaster recovery planning for subsidiary operations
      Team & Stakeholder Management
      • Lead a team of system administrators supporting subsidiaries
      • Develop training programs to enhance team capabilities
      • Implement performance metrics and service level agreements
