Job Summary

• The Team Lead, Digital Learning (LMS) is responsible for driving the growth, commercialization, and adoption of the organization's digital learning ecosystem.
• The role leads the development and management of the Learning Management System, digital learning products, strategic partnerships, and scalable learning solutions that enhance learner experience, expand market reach, and deliver sustainable revenue growth across Africa.

Key Responsibilities
Learning Management System (LMS) Strategy & Management:

• Lead the development, deployment, and continuous enhancement of the LMS platform.
• Drive learner acquisition, platform adoption, and user experience optimization.
• Ensure effective administration, governance, and performance of digital learning solutions.

Digital Learning Product Development:

• Design and launch innovative digital learning products and solutions.
• Develop scalable e-learning, certification, and skills development programmes.
• Drive curriculum innovation aligned with emerging industry needs.

Strategic Partnerships & Market Expansion

• Develop partnerships with industry, technology, and learning providers.
• Lead digital skilling initiatives and ecosystem collaborations.
• Expand the organization's digital learning footprint across priority markets.

Revenue Growth & Business Development:

• Drive revenue generation through digital learning products and services.
• Support lead generation, solution positioning, and client acquisition.
• Identify new growth opportunities within the learning technology ecosystem.

Data Analytics & Learning Insights:

• Monitor platform performance, learner engagement, and business outcomes.
• Generate insights to improve learning effectiveness, customer experience, and revenue performance.
• Prepare business and management reports to support decision-making

Key Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Educational Technology, Computer  Science, Information Technology, Learning Technologies, or related discipline with 6 – 8 years' experience in Digital Learning, LMS Management, Learning Technology, EdTech, or Digital Product Management.
• LMS Administration, E-Learning Design, Digital Learning Strategy, Product Development, Business Development, and Learning Analytics
• Relevant certifications such as Moodle, Blackboard, Adobe Captivate, Learning Technologies, Product Management, or Digital Learning are an advantage
• Experience with LMS platforms, digital learning tools, analytics platforms, and learning technologies

Salary
N13,600,000  – N14,900,000 annually.
