Tax Officer at Ringo Telecoms Limited

As a Tax Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with tax regulations and facilitating the smooth execution of tax-related activities within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the timely filing of monthly and annual statutory dues, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with various departments to collect essential tax data. 
Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and updating tax records, coordinating with external tax officers and unit Account Managers, and preparing regular reports on the organization\'s tax-related position.

Job Responsibilities:

1. To follow up with monthly and annual filing of all statutory dues (PAYE, VAT, PENSION, CIT, EDT, PTF & WHT) in respect of all units and ensure documentation of all relevant support and proof all tax remittances.
2. Daily downloading of \"WHT credit note\" from FIRS serve for all units.
3. Maintaining up to date base on Tax related Payments (staff PAYE, Pension and development Levy, WHT) and collating information for tax returns filing.
4. Interfacing with accounts officers and collecting tax data to update tax records.
5. Managing both Audited Accounts and Tax Related Files. 
6. Any other assignment by the Superior Officer.

Requirements: 

1. Candidate must have experience with the use of Tax promax.
2. Candidate must possess B.sc, HND, in Accounting, Finance or a related field
3. Candidates must have experience working with LIRS & FIRS
