Responsibilities:

• Lead discussions on various topics and building rapport with guests and creating an inviting and entertaining atmosphere for guests and the audience. 
• Conduct engaging and thought-provoking interviews with a diverse range of Personalities, notable individuals, or experts in any field and elicit insightful and compelling responses, allowing guests to share their unique perspectives and experiences.
• Research and have a deep understanding of the guests and topics being discussed.
• Offer unique perspectives and insights that resonate with the audience, fostering a deeper understanding of your audience’s experiences.

Requirements:

• BSc/HND  in Communications, Journalism, Theater, English, Media studies, or any related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in television or radio broadcasting.
• Previous experience as a talk show host, interviewer, or public speaker is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good research and writing skills.
