    Talent Management Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Supports the Group’s human resources operations and personnel management and the implementation, administration and monitoring of the Group’s human resource policies, processes and procedures
    • Supports the Group Head, Corporate Services in the implementation of the human resourcing strategy of the Group and provides overall support in all aspects of HR operations and personnel management
    • Supports the Group Head, Corporate Services in the implementation of the HR & talent management policies, processes, and procedures of the Group
    • Provides administrative support in the hiring and onboarding of Group employees and in the administration of the compensation and benefits system of the Group
    • Follows up with (and provides support to) Supervisors/ Team Leads/ other employees during each stage of the performance management cycle of the Group companies
    • Monitors the transition and performance of new employees throughout the probationary performance review process and ensures that in cases of underperformance, appropriate action is taken as contained in the HR policy
    • Implements appropriate metrics to measure, analyze, and report on the overall performance of the identified talents in the Group
    • Acts as a performance management system resource person and assists in annual performance management appraisals
    • Assists in the delivery of training events for employees in line with the Group’s annual training and development programmes
    • Monitors performance management activities and generates reports on compliance status
    • Ensures that the assignment/deployment of employees is in line with management-approved recommendations
    • Assists in the management and motivation of staff associated with performance issues and responds to employee requests and queries in a helpful and constructive manner.
    • Collates relevant information for monitoring the performance of new employees
    • Participates in the administration and tracking of employee appointments, redeployments, relief assignments, promotions, and disciplinary action
    • Provides management information as required and ensures that all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Works closely with the training and support unit to support talent management initiatives and succession planning
    • Schedules and conducts (for junior personnel) employees’ exit interviews and carry out the necessary documentation.
    • Works closely with direct report to manage and ensure the effectiveness and competitive compensation strategy in alignment with the total rewards philosophy.

    Requirements:

    • MBA or M.Sc. in a role-related course
    • 4 to 6 years of related job experience with a preference for Talent Management
    • Professional qualification in HR Management
