• This role is not for passive recruiters.
• You must know how to hunt talent, learn fast, and deliver structured outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Post vacancies on effective job boards and manage recruitment campaigns.
• Actively scout and headhunt candidates on LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Screen CVs using structured criteria and conduct first-stage interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, including passive candidates.
• Quickly learn aluminium extrusion and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification
• Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment or HR.
• Proven experience posting jobs and actively sourcing candidates (especially on LinkedIn).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn technical and operational processes quickly.
