Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team.
• The successful candidate will support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, contacting applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen CVs against job requirements.
• Contact candidates to discuss available opportunities and confirm their interest.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and basic interviews.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• No prior work experience required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information.
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in Talent Acquisition.
• Must be willing to work on-site at Ring Road, Ibadan.
