    Talent Acquisition Coordinator

    Job (Brief)

    • Effectively manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition project of the organization to optimize productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.

    Essential Functions

    • Liaise with functional directors across the organization to build teams.
    • Consult with stakeholders to implement strategic plans for acquiring the best and brightest talent to deliver on organizational goals.
    • Facilitate inclusive and objective hiring process to ensure candidates are assessed against organizational competencies to thrive.
    • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with each interaction throughout the recruitment process
    • Foster long-term relationships with current talents, past and potential candidates.
    • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all implemented talent tools and technologies are efficiently utilised.
    • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to engage with the best talent
    • Sourcing potential candidates through online channels to acquire the best and brightest talent to deliver on organizational goals.
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
    • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
    • Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.

    Education/Skills/Abilities

    • Bachelor’s Degree or it’s equivalent in relevant courses.
    • CIPM and HRI Certification will be an advantage.
    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Recruitment Specialist.
    • Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience guiding the talent process and communicating with senior level leaders
    • Hands-on experience with the largest job sites like LinkedIn and Indeed
    • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Good written and verbal communications skills
    • Team spirit.
