Key Responsibilities:

• Training Organization: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Recruitment Tasks: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs and recruitment strategies.
