    Talent Acquisition and Business Development Intern


    • Join our dynamic team as a Talent Acquisition and Business Development Intern, where you'll have the unique opportunity to blend your passion for talent acquisition with a hands-on experience in business development.

    Key Responsibilities
    Talent Acquisition:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
    • Source and engage top-tier talent through various channels, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
    • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to identify candidates who align with our organization's values and objectives.

    Business Development:

    • Assist in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Contribute to the development of innovative strategies to expand our client base.

    Collaboration and Learning:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gain insights into different aspects of the recruitment and business development process.
    • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills in talent acquisition and business development.


    • Candidates should possess B.Sc Degrees.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and contribute.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and business development concepts.
