    T2 Expeditors

    The key purpose of this role is to monitor and report on truck movement, ensuring timely delivery and productivity by identifying and addressing any delays while also maintaining accurate records of truck availability, ensuring compliance with standard operating processes in line with DPO standards.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and track the movement of shipments in real-time using tracking systems and software.
    • Coordinate closely with drivers, and transportation partners to obtain up-to-date shipment information and updates.
    • Proactively identify potential delays, departure compliance, disruptions, or deviations from the planned schedule, and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
    • Communicate shipment status and updates to internal stakeholders, including customer service, sales, and distribution teams.
    • Address and resolve shipment-related issues, such as rerouting, delays, breakages, or any other challenges.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipment details, documentation, and tracking information.
    • Provide regular updates to customers and clients regarding the status of their shipments.
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment between logistics, and customer service teams.
    • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of drivers and transportation partners, providing feedback for improvement as needed.
    • Assist in the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of the logistics tracking process.
    • Deliver full load plans in absence of primary planner
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization and suggesting solutions.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to logistics tracking and expediting.

    Minimum requirements:

    • Min. of B.Sc./ B.Tech/HND in a related field
    • 1 Year experience in logistics and supply chain function
    • Proficiency in using tracking software, transportation management systems (TMS), and related technology tools.
    • Computer Literate
    • MS Office
