Objectives of this Role

• Manage and monitor all infrastructure and system installations, including configurations, testing, and maintenance
• Implement and maintain backups, security, and redundancy strategies
• Identify potential issues and integrate possible solutions
• Craft custom scripts, reducing requirement of human interaction
• Enable faster and smarter business processes and implement analytics for meaningful
• Engage with upper management regularly with reports on project status, activities, and achievements

Responsibilities

Will assist the team in the following: 

• Identify customer needs and objectives by working with Sales Team
• Develop strategies and solutions
• Responsibilities include assisting in technical design, deliverables (such as Scope of Work, Bill of Materials/Pricing, Visio Solution Diagrams), and presentations
• Assist in the development of various presentations for solutions
• Deliver product updates/roadmap presentations
• Keep up with an in-depth level of technical and industry knowledge

Skills and Qualifications

• BA/BS in Computer Science or related courses
• 1-2 years experience in a technology related position
• Strong aptitude for technology and a desire to learn
• Be a team player and eager to learn the solutions/ technologies from other team members through informal, formal, and self-paced training.
