JOB DESCRIPTION

• Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys.
• Conduct basic calculations using field note data.
• Read, utilize and interpret design drawings and topographic maps.
• Study, learn and interpret CAD computer applications.
• Perform as Senior Project Leader for surveys at in-house and mapping projects.
• Provide consistent and superior quality documents for survey, design and building projects for all clients in the region
• Writing descriptions of property boundaries.
• Research legal documents, survey records, and land titles to clarify information about property boundaries.
• Involve in implementing mapping contracts and Indefinite Quality (IQ) surveying.

REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / QUALIFICATION

• Candidates with at least a bachelor’s degree in surveying and mapping, civil engineering, mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience as a surveyor or in a similar role. Preferably 2 years
• Working knowledge of GPS and GIS
• Tech savvy, including familiarity with CAD software
• Aptitude in math and problem-solving
• Attention to details
• Great organizational and leadership skills
• Valid certificate is required
• Must be living around Kaduna State
• Knowledge of Total Station is a must
