Supply Chain Officer at VMAX Tea & Coffee Ltd

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Officer to manage procurement, inventory, and supplier relationships for VMAX Tea & Coffee. This role ensures that all stores receive the necessary ingredients, packaging, and equipment on time, while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage suppliers for ingredients, packaging, equipment, and other operational materials.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Monitor inventory levels across stores and corporate warehouses to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
• Coordinate with Operations and Store Managers to forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory, and supplier contracts.
• Ensure all supplies meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in restaurant, café, or retail chains.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, procurement processes, and supplier relationship management.
• Ability to analyze data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
