Supplier Management Officer at Sunbeth Global Concepts (SGC)

Ensure our suppliers across all SGCL entities meet performance, compliance and sustainability expectations. Develop strong supplier relationships, monitor service delivery, and support centralized procurement standards.

Job Details

Supplier Onboarding & Database Management

• Manage supplier registration, vetting & KYC process across subsidiaries
• Maintain and categorize an updated “approved supplier” register aligned with Sunbeth’s sustainability and compliance criteria

Performance Monitoring & Scorecards

• Create and deploy supplier scorecards - tracking delivery quality, reliability, compliance, and sustainability metrics
• Conduct regular performance reviews and initiate corrective actions or recognition initiatives

Relationship & Risk Management

• Maintain close working relationships with key suppliers and act as central liaison for escalations
• Identify and mitigate commercial, ethical, and environmental vendor risks
• Support SRM governance across operational and project procurement

Contract & Compliance Oversight

• Collaborate with procurement and legal teams on supplier contracts - renewals, amendments, and terminations
• Ensure vendors adhere tagreed service levels, fair trade, and anti-bribery policies

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Produce monthly reports covering supplier performance, risk trends, and improvement initiatives
• Partner with procurement leads and sustainability teams tdrive supplier development workshops and training sessions

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
•  3-5 years in supplier/vendor management or procurement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/procurement tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
