 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 We seek a supervisor who can deliver or is willing to learn how to deliver on the following:

• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring the quality, and standards and meeting the expectations of the customers daily.
• Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
• Keeps the team focused on the critical components of operations to drive customer satisfaction and the desired financial results.
• Conducts department meetings
• Review staffing levels to ensure that clients' service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met.
• Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.

 EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Candidates should possess a minimum of Bachelor's Degree/HND qualification.
• Knowledgeable in a related industry.
• Attention to detail and procedures.
• Ability to liaise and communicate with clients directly.
