Job Description

• A supervisor's job is to manage a group of employees, ensuring that their work is completed efficiently and effectively. Supervisors may also be known as leads, foremen, or bosses.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance: Communicate company goals, coach employees, and offer feedback
• Manage performance: Evaluate employee performance and work techniques
• Maintain staff: Recruit, select, orient, and train employees
• Act as a liaison: Communicate between employees and upper management
• Prepare reports: Complete, prepare, and distribute forms and reports
• Assign tasks: Create schedules, delegate tasks, and set priorities

Requirements

• HND / NCE / SSCE / OND qualification with 2 - 3 years of experience.
