TeamAce is seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor to oversee operations for a cleaning company.
The ideal candidate will lead and manage cleaning teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering a productive and structured work environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams to achieve daily operational goals.
Develop and manage team schedules to ensure seamless workflow.
Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and promptly address challenges.
Enforce compliance with company policies and cleaning standards.
Communicate progress and performance metrics to management clearly and regularly.
Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized systems and processes.
Requirements
Minimum of OND / HND qualification
Mandatory: Previous supervisory experience in the cleaning industry.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver’s license with competent driving skills.
Candidates aged 30–40 years preferred (exceptions apply for outstanding candidates).
Experience in a structured work environment is an added advantage.
Must reside within the Lekki-Ajah axis for easy commute.
