Job Summary

• The Supervisor – Packing & Dispatch will oversee daily packing and dispatch operations to ensure products are properly packed, accurately documented, and dispatched on time.
• The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to supervise a team to meet operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise packing and dispatch activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure products are packed according to company standards and safety guidelines
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely dispatch
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure proper documentation
• Assign duties and supervise packing and dispatch staff
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
• Prepare daily reports on dispatch activities and stock movement
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 6+ years experience in an FMCG or manufacturing industry, with strong exposure to packing and dispatch operations
• Proven supervisory experience
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory records).
