    Supervisor

    Location: Gbagi, Ibadan - Oyo

    Job Brief

    • We are looking for an experienced supervisor in retail business to join our team.

    Responsibilities

    • Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with Store plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
    • Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
    • Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
    • Receive complaints and resolve problems.

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc Degree in any related field.
    • 2-3 years of working experience as a supervisor; experience in a retail business is an added advantage.
    • Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
    • Proximity job location.
