    Superintendent Pharmacist

    Job Description

    • We are a leading FMCG group seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Superintendent Pharmacist to ensure our operations remain compliant with all regulatory requirements while upholding the highest standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
    • The ideal candidate will supervise regulatory affairs, compliance, and quality assurance activities critical tthe smooth operation of our pharmaceutical division.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Compilation of company CTD product dossier for registration purpose.
    • To carryout product registration when due
    • Carry the annual Premises and Pharmacist registration of the company with PCN.
    • Apply for Permits for importation for raw materials, Packaging Material and control substances.
    • Apply for annual permits with NESREA.
    • Renew our factory license with ministry of Labour biannually.
    • Carryout the company stamping procedure for imported Goods
    • Coordinate and execute the company medical checkup annually or when needed.
    • Review All SOP tmake sure every procedure is meet with the cGMP standard.
    • Implement Internal audit tensure the system on factory is working
    • Implement GAP Analysis tcurrent Regulatory or cGMP. Make sure cGMP implemented on OKL Factory.
    • Conduct GMP Training for Employee.

    Requirements

    Educational Background and Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical production with at least 2 years in a managerial role
    • Licensed Pharmacist

    Skills and Expertise

    • Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity, compliance level.
    • Excellent time management.
    • Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines.
    • Committed to Safety and Quality practices.
    • Strong analytical and Computer Skills (MS excel, ppt, word)
