Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and standards.
• Student Engagement: Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active learning and critical thinking.
• Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress through regular evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of performance.
• Classroom Management: Establish and enforce clear rules for behavior, promoting a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
• Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development and address challenges.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and meetings to stay updated on best practices in education.
• Extracurricular Activities: Contribute to school events, clubs, and programs to enhance the overall student experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Teaching certification/license relevant to the subject/grade level.
• Proven experience as an educator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of educational methodologies and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching and learning.
