Student Acquisition Manager at HR-on-Wheels

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute student acquisition strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
• Manage the recruitment funnel from lead generation to student enrollment.
• Build partnerships with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders.
• Organize recruitment events, school visits, and career talks.
• Support prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5+ years' experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales, business development, or customer acquisition.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Education, EdTech, Training, or Youth Development is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
