Description

• Review all available engineering documentation.
• Prepare a site execution plan before visiting the site establishing clear objectives
• The site execution plan will identify with assistance from the Client the areas in critical need of immediate assessment.
• Identify all work activities required to provide a comprehensive integrity assessment of multiple buildings
• Perform an initial high-level visual inspection for each building identifying areas needing more thorough inspections
• Spot check of foundations may / may not be required depending upon visual inspections.
• Prepare weekly progress reports
• Maintain record of Inspection requests

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
• COREN Registered
• Minimum 5 years experience
• Demonstrate experience in similar works
• knowledgeable in all MS Office tools
