Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and proactive Structural Design & Site Engineer with solid experience in residential construction, including luxury homes and multi-unit developments.
• This position requires expertise in creating accurate structural drawings and managing on-site execution from foundation to finishing.
• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with concrete formwork, structural steelwork, and residential-grade structural systems.
• You will play a key role in translating designs into structurally sound, high-quality homes, overseeing site coordination, construction sequencing, and real-time problem-solving.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and residential construction methods is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software.
• Interpret architectural designs and translate them into structural blueprints.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and structural standards.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other consultants to develop integrated designs.
• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly site reports,
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and trades to maintain the schedule, resolve technical issues, and optimize workflows.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to verify structural integrity and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to field teams and resolve engineering-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design and site supervision.
• Proficient in structural design software (AutoCAD, Orion, Revit, STAAD Pro, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of building codes, engineering standards, and safety practices.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Membership in a professional engineering body (COREN, NSE, etc.) is an added advantage.
