Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Strategy Officer based in Lagos.
• The Strategy Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation.
• The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop a capital plan in line with the corporate strategy, monitoring market trends, develop an inclusive strategic plan and identifying opportunities for improvement. Some remote work is permissible.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skill
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of the Nigerian business landscape
• Previous experience in a strategy, consulting or investment banking firm is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science or Business Development
• Student membership with evidence of pass in Part 1 or Level 1 of the ACA, ACCA, CIA will be an advantage
