This is a full-time hybrid role for a Strategy Officer based in Lagos.
The Strategy Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth and innovation.
The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop a capital plan in line with the corporate strategy, monitoring market trends, develop an inclusive strategic plan and identifying opportunities for improvement. Some remote work is permissible.
Qualifications
Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skill
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
Knowledge of the Nigerian business landscape
Previous experience in a strategy, consulting or investment banking firm is an added advantage
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial Science or Business Development
Student membership with evidence of pass in Part 1 or Level 1 of the ACA, ACCA, CIA will be an advantage
