    Strategy and Business Performance Manager

    Description

    • The Business Performance and Strategy Manager will be responsible for aggregating and driving the strategy and day-to-day operations of the Bank and ensuring productivity and accurate analyses of business performance.
    • The successful candidate will be tasked with annual and Long-term strategic business planning including financial product management and analyses, strategic partnerships, business performance tracking and reporting (including scorecard, sales analyses and delivery), operating model optimization, assessing the organizational performance, developing achievable goals and implementing processes that improve organizational effectiveness to build a sustainable competitive advantage.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and co-ordinate a portfolio of strategic projects related to growth initiatives to accelerate go-to market and drive commercial outcomes.
    • Lead annual strategic business planning processes to an agreed investment plan.
    • Collaborate with leaders across clusters and functions within the and interact effectively in a matrix organization with Product, Marketing, risk etc.
    • Oversee benchmarking and testing of competitive products to gain relevant information that can be applied to improve product specifications
    • Conduct periodic researches on all possible products, solutions, approaches, and processes and recommend the most feasible options for business continuity and productivity, factoring cost effectiveness, sustainability and SWOT.
    • Establish a program of up-to-date competitive analyses of the financial market including the profiling of competitive instrumentation, via constant research and market surveillance.
    • Analyze business performance and implement strategies that will improve performance; develop contingency plans to deal with emergencies.
    • Establish initiatives aimed at system and operational excellence
    • Balance facilitation, influence, and content contributions to help business leaders design, advance and execute their respective strategies
    • Act as project manager to independently manage timelines, co-ordinate with internal stakeholders, provide executive updates, target tracking, and execution plans
    • Liaise with project stakeholders, vendors and services providers to ensure the efficient delivery and maintenance of business performance solutions.
    • Understand client needs and the overall business objectives to analyze large amounts of data and drive key insights for leadership and Account Executives.
    • Provide clear, concise, fact based and persuasive executive level communications which facilitate prioritization and high impact decision making.
    • Drive annual and multi-year planning processes with Finance and business teams to establish revenue ambition and key initiatives for future
    • Supervise and develop research, lead interviews, analysis and financial modeling, framework and presentation development, and presentation of insights and recommendations to a variety of stakeholders.
    • Organize and anchor management and exco meetings, providing and following up with necessary action plans and reports.
    • Orchestrate and facilitate monthly/quarterly MPRs and business reviews.
    • Receive Management focus, and direction for the year and translate same into actionable objectives
    • Develop and drive the organization’s key performance indicator and real-time dashboard on key operational metrics, to reflect the efficiency and effectiveness of a business direction, monitor progress, and overall business effectiveness.
