We are seeking a highly driven Strategic Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Assistant to the Founder to combine business development, stakeholder engagement, and executive support in one impactful role. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of a global executive development organisation and work closely with its visionary Founder.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stakeholder Engagement & Telephone Sales
- Make a minimum of 15–20 targeted calls per day to executives and prospective clients.
- Convert leads into confirmed programme registrations, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain professional telephone and email correspondence with senior stakeholders.
2. Social Media & Brand Growth
- Develop and implement a content calendar aligned with upcoming programmes and initiatives.
- Post twice daily on all social media accounts (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook).
- Drive measurable growth: 10–15+ engagements per post and 5+ new followers daily.
- Benchmark against leading global institutions (Oxford, MIT, Cambridge) to refine strategy.
3. Executive Support to the Founder
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare briefing materials.
- Draft, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and speeches.
- Support travel planning, logistics, and coordination of high-level engagements.
- Handle confidential documents with discretion and maintain digital records.
- Serve as the first point of contact for the Founder, ensuring priorities are addressed efficiently.
4. Administrative & Strategic Tasks
- Transcribe audio/video content for internal and external use.
- Coordinate special projects and manage critical follow-ups.
- Provide ad hoc support aligned with organisational and Founder’s strategic priorities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales & Engagement: At least 5 qualified meetings booked weekly; 20%+ call-to-meeting conversion.
- CRM Hygiene: 100% of calls and follow-ups logged within 24 hours.
- Responsiveness: All emails and stakeholder queries acknowledged within 24 hours.
- Social Media: Daily growth of 5+ followers and 10–15+ engagements per post.
- Founder Support: Zero missed deadlines or scheduling conflicts; proactive management of priorities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s desirable).
- 2–3 years’ experience in sales, stakeholder engagement, PA/executive assistant work, or social media management.
- Proven success in telephone sales or business development.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident engaging with senior executives.
- Proficiency in CRMs, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital communication tools.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and deliver results under pressure.
