As the organization enters a pivotal phase of growth and transformation, it seeks to appoint a Strategic General Manager to lead this next chapter. The ideal candidate will bring strategic vision, operational expertise, and a passion for elevating service standards in the hospitality industry.
In addition to expanding its core offerings, the company is also developing a Hospitality Training Academy to address functional competency gaps within the sector and cultivate the next generation of industry leaders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with the Promoter and a team of professionals to define, develop, and execute strategic initiatives that position the company as a market leader in the hospitality industry.
Realign the organization’s image with the promoter’s vision while integrating staff into the brand culture to foster a unified team that upholds the brand promise.
Articulate a clear vision and roadmap to enhance guests’ experience, elevate brand value, and achieve financial sustainability.
Oversee a multidisciplinary team, ensuring functional leaders excel in their domains,including operations, finance, HR, and strategy.
Develop and manage initiatives that cater for diverse customer segments, including business travelers, health tourists, holidaymakers, and large event organizers.
Support the HR Lead to attract and retain top-tier talent, while motivating and galvanizing the entire team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Analyze unit economics, financial reports, and strategic plans to ensure informed decision-making and accountability across departments.
Partner with the board, providing executive-level insights and updates while maintaining exceptional communication standards.
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and growth at all levels of the organization.

Requirements
WHAT TO HAVE
A seasoned leader with at least 10 years of progressive experience in strategic and multidisciplinary roles, preferably within high-growth industries.
Exceptional strategic thinker with a proven ability to articulate and execute transformative initiatives.
Proficient in business analysis, financial management, human resources strategy, and operational optimization.
A strong communicator with polished verbal and written skills, capable of delivering consulting-grade presentations and reports.
Self-aware, having engaged in personal development programs and assessments to enhance leadership effectiveness.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of identifying and resolving challenges with innovative solutions.
A charismatic leader with executive presence, capable of inspiring and rallying teams across all levels.
Willing to roll up your sleeves and immerse yourself in the details to build the business and drive results (bootstraper).
