Job Summary

• We are looking for diligent, organized and meticulous store keepers to join our team and ensure that company goods are efficiently stored and managed for the smooth operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inventory, maintaining and monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store or warehouse
• Receiving, inspecting for damages, storing goods in organized and accessible manner, and issuing authorized quantities of goods to users
• Conducting regular stock checks and reconciling balances, identifying and addressing discrepancies
• Keeping accurate records of transactions; rotating stock to prevent spoilage or obsolescence
• Maintaining a clean and organized storage area.

Qualifications

• HND/OND in Business Administration or a related field or SSCE.
• Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with inventory management software and systems is a added advantage.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in a retail environment is an added advantage.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
