Job Description

• Responsible for the effective management of materials, tools, and equipment on site.

Requirements

• OND, Higher National Diploma (HND), Bachelor's degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 - 8 years of experience in building construction supervision and site management.
• Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Building (NIOB) and registration with the Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON) will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in project scheduling and site management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD) as an added advantage Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes of practice.
