Storekeeper at Sooyah Bistro

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receives, inspects, and stores all raw materials, packaging, and kitchen supplies.
• Maintains accurate inventory records using digital stock management tools.
• Issues inventory to kitchen and outlet staff, maintaining documentation for all dispatches.
• Conducts periodic stock counts and reconciliations to detect variances or losses.
• Monitors stock levels and notifies management for reordering in a timely manner.
• Ensures proper arrangement, labelling, and cleanliness of storage areas.
• Maintains FIFO (First-In, First-Out) stock rotation to prevent wastage and spoilage.

• Tracks expiry dates and removes outdated or damaged goods.

• Prepares daily stock usage and balance reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of storekeeping or inventory control experience in a food or retail environment.
• Knowledge of inventory software (e.g., Zoho Inventory, Sage, QuickBooks) is an advantage.
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Attention to detail and integrity in stock management.
• OND/HND in Business Admin, Purchasing & Supply, or related field.
