Responsibilities

• Set and execute materials management goals to increase profitability
• Track and monitor inventory and develop processes to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations
• Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures
• Inspecting the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortage
• Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels.
• Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
• Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
• Analyze data to anticipate future needs
• Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
