Job Field: Procurement / Storekeeping / Supply Chain 

Salary Range: ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month

Responsibilities:

• Receive, check, and store food, beverage, and non-food items as per the restaurant’s inventory needs.
• Ensure the proper organization of stock in the storeroom and kitchen, keeping all items easily accessible.
• Monitor stock levels, reorder products, and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Perform regular stock rotation (FIFO method) and check for expired or damaged goods.
• Assist with the preparation of purchase orders and track deliveries.
• Work closely with kitchen and management teams to anticipate stock needs and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas, ensuring adherence to safety and health standards.
• Perform stocktakes and audits as required.
• Help with the delivery and distribution of supplies to various areas of the restaurant.
• Assist with waste control and reduction by ensuring proper handling and storage of products.
• Report any issues, discrepancies, or damaged items to management promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the restaurant or food service industry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Understanding of food safety standards and best practices.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
