Qualifications 

• Degree in Applied Sciences, Engineering or related field.
• Relevant certifications and Experience in laboratory operations.
• Years of Experience: Minimum of 7 years

Job Description 

• Receive, inspect, and verify technical materials delivered to the terminal ensuring compliance with purchase orders and quality specifications.
• Maintain accurate stock records using ERP or inventory management systems, including batch numbers, quantities, shelf life, and reorder levels.
• Organize inventory in accordance with safety requirements, ensuring hazardous materials (gaskets, sealants, chemicals, LPG equipment spares) are stored safely.
• Issue materials based on approved requisitions and maintain detailed transaction records.
• Monitor stock levels and proactively notify the Maintenance Manager of replenishment needs to avoid downtime.
• Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconciliations, reporting discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure proper storage conditions to prevent damage, corrosion, or contamination of materials.
• Maintain secure and organized store areas, ensuring accountability and traceability of all items.
• Coordinate with Procurement to track incoming supplies, resolve discrepancies, and confirm delivery timelines.
• Manage the return, repair, and warranty processes for equipment or materials requiring external servicing.
