Store Supervisor / Store Manager at Fort Knox Group

Location: Polo Park Mall, Abakaliki Road, GRA, Enugu

Salary: ₦150,000 (Monthly)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations 
• Manage and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets 
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally 
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment 
• Maintain proper visual merchandising and store presentation standards 
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures 
• Handle cash management, POS transactions, and reconciliations 

Requirements

• Minimum of 2–4 years experience in retail/store supervision or management 
• Strong leadership and team management skills 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to drive sales and meet targets 
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and reporting 
• Must be resident in Enugu or willing to relocate 
• OND/HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 
• Experience working in a franchise or retail chain is an added advantage
