 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create the task schedule.
• Supervise the activities of the store. 
• Check company emails every work day
• Ensure that the store is neat and clean at all times>
• Create requisition for office supplies
• Ensure that all clients are offered satisfied
• Prepare marketing content for newsletters and social media platforms.
• Be knowledgeable about the products and services that we offer.

*REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc with a minimum of  2 years experience in a similar role
• ProfiSuite in Google Suite and MS Office
• Able to delegate and manage people
• Able to process information rapidly
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to adapt quickly to new situations
• Strong negotiation  and interpersonal skill
• Must be ready to resume immediately
