Store Manager at The People Practice

Our client in the Hospitality industry is looking to hire a Store Manager for their new restaurant in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. The Store Manager will oversee inventory management, stock control, and supplier relations to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant\'s supply chain. The role also includes managing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that products are in stock and that inventory levels meet customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries of food supplies, beverages, and consumables.
• Manage inventory by following FIFO practices and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure that all stored items are organized and comply with food safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishments.
• Ensure the cleanliness and proper organization of the storage area.
• Assist with inventory audits and reporting.
• Communicate with kitchen and Restaurant  staff to ensure supplies are readily available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Kitchen Inventory management and vendor Management
• Knowledge of FIFO principles and Inventory Audits
• Quick learner and has Communication skills
• Proficiency in Inventory Management Software
• Microsoft Office Suite
