Store Manager at Maurice Xandra Solutions

JOB SUMMARY  

 The Store Manager oversees daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, optimizing sales, maintaining inventory, and meeting financial goals. They also motivate the team, drive sales, manage budgets, and implement policies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES    

• To keep track of information to keep supply chains on schedule and ensure proper scheduling, record keeping and inventory control.
• Responsible for daily computation of reports
• Responsible for checking inventory records for accuracy
• Responsible for inspection of items and products for damages or breakage

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE    

• BSc/HND in any related field
• Solid knowledge and understanding of inventory management
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a store manager or related position. 
• Poultry knowledge is an added advantage
• Knowledge of ERP is also an added advantage
• Candidate must be a male not older than 40 years of age

• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Possesses integrity and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
