Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with processes and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Report on buying trends, customer needs etc.
Propose innovative ideas to increase sales
Maintain records of daily expenses
Sending invoices to custom order clients
Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
Monitor inventory levels and order new items.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a retail environment, ideally a year in a supervisory capacity
Experience in fashion (design) will be a plus.
Excellent customer management skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Additional Information
Note: Advisable for applicant/candidates to stay within proximity of job location.
Salary: 70,000.00 - 150,000 (negotiable upwards based on years of experience and technical skillset)
