    Store Manager

    Job Description

    • Managing all aspects of the branch's day-to-day operations, including customer service, sales, and administrative functions.
    • Setting and achieving sales targets and goals for the branch.
    • Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
    • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
    • Building and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
    • Managing inventory and ensuring proper stock levels.
    • Analyzing financial reports and making data-driven decisions to improve branch performance.
    • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
    • Collaborating with other departments or branches to share best practices and achieve company-wide objectives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or in related course.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
    • Must have experience managing multiple outlets or branches.
    • Gender: Male.
